All services are provided exclusively in the state of Florida. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote or estimate provided by American House Dr LLC is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of assessment and may be subject to change if project conditions differ upon closer inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract prior to work commencement.

5. Project Deposits and Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling
• Balance is due upon project completion
• Payment methods accepted: Major credit cards, cash, and other forms as agreed
• Returned checks are subject to a fee

6. Warranty

American House Dr LLC provides a standard 2-year warranty on all installations. This warranty covers:

• Material defects
• Installation workmanship
• Peeling or delamination under normal use

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, chemical spills, heavy impact, natural disasters, or subfloor issues beyond our control. Extended warranty options may be available for additional cost.

7. Lead Time and Scheduling

Project scheduling is based on availability and may require advance notice. Most residential projects are completed within 1–2 days once work begins. American House Dr LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any scheduling changes.

8. Site Access and Preparation

Customer responsibilities prior to installation:

• Clear the work area of all vehicles, belongings, and obstructions
• Ensure adequate ventilation in enclosed spaces
• Provide access to water and electrical hookups if needed
• Confirm property access and parking arrangements

Additional charges may apply if our crew must clear excessive debris or move heavy objects.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Customers are responsible for ensuring the condition of their existing concrete substrate is suitable for coating.
